Kit sold, my received only the battery without the double face....

Disappointed because when peeling the film from the support one of the 2 protections remained stuck on the support so at the installation I did not understand why only one film of protection was present. Catastrophic result....because I tried in vain to remove a film that was not present. ...

The delivery was made on time, product meets my expectations. Only downside, I thought that the seal would be provided with the screen but no.. Result obliged to make a new order and to pay shipping costs in addition ... Too bad.

Quick reception but the repair kit is not complete because you have to buy the isesamo without which you break the screen (try to remove it by another way). Moreover it takes more than half an hour and the various screwdrivers do not correspond to the tutorials on the site (colors). Also not as easy to remove the old battery (the stickers crack before the complete removal) and a little dangerous operation too. In short, after having ordered the isesamo and a new screen, the operation is still successful but I will not risk it again. And I don't think I'll ever buy an iPhone again either but that's another subject.

Screen received unofficial. I am informed that the mobile phone is too old. Ok but update the proposed products to avoid misunderstandings. Refund of half the purchase price + small gift received as a commercial gesture.

Screen not great, colors are very bland compared to the original screen. I placed two orders, delivered in one package but I paid twice the shipping costs. A gesture from you would be welcome. The battery doesn't have a crazy autonomy but it's already better than the old tired battery.

It is important to check that the product is in stock because the announced delay of 7 to 15 days is rather 1 to 2 months (or even longer). There is a part missing in my order. I ask for a refund but nobody answers my emails. Otherwise for the parts received, it remains consistent.

On the Sosav website, the photo of the product I bought corresponds to a very good quality Lifeproof case, whereas the item I received does not correspond at all to the photo. The closure systems are different, the closure of the headset connection is different, the home button is different, the protection of the volume and mute buttons is non-existent, etc. .... And finally, the case I received is of very poor quality and I have serious doubts about the waterproofness of the item received. If I wanted a poor quality counterfeit, I would have gone to AliExpress and I would have paid only 3€. By going to Sosav, I paid the same counterfeit at the high price !!!! 29,99€ for two shells....I didn't expect to receive what I got...

Service department very slow to respond.

Very disappointed, incomplete package. Two protective films for pixel 4a. The films are sold for less than two euros each but it is mandatory to take them with applicators (one per film) and wipes. A total of 22 euros. Let's admit it, even if it already looks like a slightly forced sale. The last thing is when the package arrives and there is only one applicator and no wipes. I could have paid less than 4 euros for this order. what can I say ....

Fast shipping... The wrong part. Unreactive to deal with the problem. Still waiting to hear back.
