I ordered a hydrogel film for my Galaxy A32, it is a few millimetres too big and comes off when I put the shell on. I contacted the after sales service, they asked me for my order number and I never heard from them again. Very disappointed.

So it's amazing, I receive a first part for my controller that is not the right one (they sent me a chassis of another model.) So I send an email to explain my problem: no answer. A few days later, I receive an email (hurray) telling me: your package will arrive tomorrow. I think it's great, they sent the right part (I had sent a picture of my part) and then, TADAA, a second wrong part. SOSAV did not deliver the items I ordered (not in stock? lost order?) and above all did not reply to my reminder emails to find out the status of my order. I managed to get my money back only after threatening to report their behavior, without even an apology or explanation. In short, this company borders on fraud. To be avoided as long as they have not reviewed their operating methods and in particular their non-existent after-sales service (by being called SOSAV, this should however be included in their process!)

Hello, I ordered an iPhone gasket that was marked in stock on the site at the time of the order. It was supposed to arrive in a few business days but it did not... Order placed and accepted on 5/10/21, order received on 25/10/21. I've already had a problem with this product. I had already had a pb a few years ago with this site for a new part that did not work and the after sales service had not wanted to know anything... Conclusion: beware with this site, I'm not too satisfied. Sincerely
