Equipment that didn't work: very frustrating to assemble and reassemble for nothing at all. Fortunately customer service is responsive and returns and refunds are pretty quick. But I don't recommend it at all.

As indicated on the product sheet when you placed your order, the item was not available for immediate shipment but under 7 to 15 days initially.

As a result, the order becomes a "pre-order", which requires a payment to be received so that we can order the missing product from our supplier.

This last one underwent an important and quite abnormal delay, of which we were dependent exactly like you. Our team apologizes for the inconvenience this delay has caused.

The delivery time is not 48 hours but 4 to 5 working days in normal times (the time may be longer with the health crisis). In case of urgent order, we propose express carriers if needed.
