On the site I was offered a delivery for the next day (know that the weather is predictable so you can block the delivery option before 13h), it is not respected it is up to you to make a refund to the customer and not the carrier. You are free to arrange or not with your carrier. The tracking number of your package was sent to you and the delivery time problems were announced on the online tracking. As our customer service indicated to you, a request to the carrier was nevertheless made on your behalf but only the carrier is entitled to judge and grant a refund for not respecting the delivery time.
