Everything is fine if the ordered part works, knowing that the prices are very expensive compared to other sites. From the moment the part is defective, we have to send it back at our expense and we see that we start to get bogged down in a long debate that will cost us, that's when we realize that this site is actually unreliable. A piece of advice, look for a site that doesn't want your money, and there are many that are reliable. The service is zero. I found the same part at 8 euros with the price of shipping while on this site it cost me 18 euros with a defective part ...

Customer service completely lacking, shipping of defective product, the battery burned my Iphone motherboard. Diagnosis confirmed by a professional. Obviously no return, no response from SOSAV, even their captain repair ignores me. In short, a legal action will perhaps make them wake up.

Hello, the site is very well done, it is clear so easy to access. The tutorials are also very clear and well thought out, with the parts "before starting" for those who do parts replacement for the first time. In short, I am quite satisfied. The small negative side I found, concerning the tutorials: we have the parts "how to disassemble the phones" which is very good but, to go further in the tuto by explaining how to reassemble the phone would have been really perfect.

To avoid: company with no professionalism: order placed on 21/07, date of receipt indicated on the screen 23/07, not having received anything on 26/07 I call them: they indicate me that as they had articles in reapproval they did not make leave the order! Finally they split the order in two, reception on 28/07 of a part of the order but one of the sent articles IS NOT THE RIGHT ONE, reception on 03/08 of the new sending and it is STILL NOT THE RIGHT ONE!!! This site apparently doesn't give a damn about its customers!!!

Effective site (display, search, content) for DIY repair of tablets/mobile phones. It could be improved for the explanations (indicate for example on the packaging of the new glass the very sensitive points that we risk to damage during disassembly) and the delivery methods should be reviewed: 15 to be delivered in 24 hours of a small part costing 5 is surely improvable!
