The product was late in coming, I had to go on the site to see that it was in restocking, which was not at all reported to me at the time of purchase that I would not have done given the urgency. The idea is very very good: to give the means to individuals to repair themselves technological objects whose repair seems a priori impossible for laymen. We save a lot compared to the exorbitant prices of mobile phone repairers for example. Nevertheless, there are many improvements to be made to this service which has become unavoidable.
