You contacted our services on a Sunday at 3:40 pm and we answered you that same day at 10:13 pm, then at 12:17 am after your second email, although we are closed on weekends (and in the evening). Concerning the comments you give us, I don't find, in the email exchanges, the following advice: "look at the videos on the internet" "call a repairman") For your information, our guides are only available in the form of images and text. Finally, as indicated by the adviser on Monday, he is waiting for information about the product received.
