It's a pity to pay 3 shipping costs when the ordered antenna cable doesn't even weigh 1 gram. I would have been able to send it in a simple envelope directly to my home (and would have been worth the 5 th star)

You will certainly understand that the exchange can only be ensured upon receipt of the battery, which, according to the email exchanges, you have been offered. The exchange was not refused. In addition, you indicated that you wanted a second battery, but also that you urgently needed these elements.
