Very easy to navigate, everything is in order.

I've been following the guide to replace my LCD screen and when all of a sudden I had to remove the battery by disconnecting it, but they don't show you how to do it. I had to consult the battery replacement guide to find out. Not very practical!

I had a bad experience with SOSAV. The Hamon law obliges the seller to refund the customer but they refused to refund me. I received an incomplete window kit, impossible to assemble myself. I cancelled the order as soon as I received it by e-mail and sent the part back. After receiving it, SOSAV refused to refund me, claiming that a piece of tape was missing from the window. This was an easy accusation to offer me a credit note instead of a refund and completely false because I barely unpacked the product. Fortunately there is the Paypal dispute manager who resolved the issue in my favor. In the end, I found the complete product on Ebay for half the price. Thanks Paypal and thanks Ebay
