I thought I hadn't reconnected the screen properly, or that the battery was not properly charged. When I connected it to iTunes, I saw that it was recognized as if the iPhone was activated. I clicked on the home button and the lock button for 10 sec to get the recovery mode. After that, itunes offered me to restore it and everything went back to normal.
