The explanatory video which is essential for the installation of the part contains some small errors (tools used not being part of the kit, or reconnection of a connector which had not been removed during disassembly) but otherwise, nothing to complain about. Parts conform.

I received my first order and it was incomplete. I had a hard time contacting customer service at first, but once they got back to me, I received the same item a few days later, complete this time. I'm very disappointed, it's been 20 days since I ordered an official Samsung screen block and I still haven't received anything. I've been trying to contact customer service and no one is able to give me a precise date. I find it really deplorable to let the customer order a part that is not in stock.
