Bad item received, contact made with the after-sales service, all items sent to the after-sales service, but no return from them...

I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. I have received a 3dsxl screen and I am very pleased with the service. Ordered a 3dsxl screen and received a 3ds. Sent photos to prove the error and very slow response. Waiting to this day for a favourable response for the return of the correct screen. I'm waiting for a positive response to return the correct screen. If I receive what I ordered soon I will put 5 stars and could recommend the site. Thank you

I ordered a griffin survivor shell, I received something else entirely, with no equivalence.

Do not order on this site they do not even assume the orders 6 months to receive an order and always incomplete in addition ..........

Very disappointed the site showed me -15% and the code never worked. Even after contacting customer service.

On the Sosav website, the photo of the product I bought corresponds to a very good quality Lifeproof case, whereas the item I received does not correspond at all to the photo. The closure systems are different, the closure of the headset connection is different, the home button is different, the protection of the volume and mute buttons is non-existent, etc. .... And finally, the case I received is of very poor quality and I have serious doubts about the waterproofness of the item received. If I wanted a poor quality counterfeit, I would have gone to AliExpress and I would have paid only 3€. By going to Sosav, I paid the same counterfeit at the high price !!!! 29,99€ for two shells....I didn't expect to receive what I got...

Very disappointed, incomplete package. Two protective films for pixel 4a. The films are sold for less than two euros each but it is mandatory to take them with applicators (one per film) and wipes. A total of 22 euros. Let's admit it, even if it already looks like a slightly forced sale. The last thing is when the package arrives and there is only one applicator and no wipes. I could have paid less than 4 euros for this order. what can I say ....

I ordered a hydrogel film for my Galaxy A32, it is a few millimetres too big and comes off when I put the shell on. I contacted the after sales service, they asked me for my order number and I never heard from them again. Very disappointed.

The presence detection tablecloth that should be connected between the glass and the chassi is not present. I have been asking for over a week if this is normal and I still have no answer. I am very disappointed with the service hence my 1 star rating.

I received the part but there is a problem with the adaptability on my console... I contacted them and provided them with the information they asked for. I haven't had any answer since. I'm left with an unusable part, I've spent money and a console that is still broken... Really unhappy at the moment...

I changed my screen with the video It didn't change anything I only received half of the order I'm waiting to be refunded because they charged me everything anyway I don't recommend it I've never seen that. Sending you half an order!

The tool to remove the screen of the iPhone is not of good quality, I did not succeed in removing my screen, the seal is too sticky even by heating with a hair dryer, so I did not take the risk in disassembling the whole, I am with a kit and a battery that will never be used .....

This mailing, in response to a complaint, does not solve my problem.

So it's amazing, I receive a first part for my controller that is not the right one (they sent me a chassis of another model.) So I send an email to explain my problem: no answer. A few days later, I receive an email (hurray) telling me: your package will arrive tomorrow. I think it's great, they sent the right part (I had sent a picture of my part) and then, TADAA, a second wrong part. Logistics to review, perhaps it should have contacted me before sending a part without knowing. In short I do not recommend

Good reactivity on the orders but a purchase of screen which does not function and, after request of change, the second does not function either... Very disappointed seeing the purchase price!

The battery corresponds well to my phone. I've been using it for a while now, but it's not quite compatible, as it doesn't support fast charging with a beep from the phone every 15 seconds. I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure how long it'll last. Since the tests that did not solve my charging problem and the sending of 2 unanswered emails to have a battery exchange or a refund in 15 days, I am not at all satisfied. I have not found a phone number to reach them. Therefore I do not recommend the site.

Defective battery

I am disappointed with the quality of the screen. Indeed, the input is really difficult and is not consistent with the original. Product to avoid.

No rating! Extremely disappointed! Flee this site!!! Incomplete delivery, not honored, products do not match order. I sent back an item that was the wrong color, they recommend the wrong color, I have the order rectified and I get it back in the wrong color!!! Very disappointed, after 2 months the battery does not hold without being plugged in and I can no longer transfer media via the new USB connector.

It took 1 and a half months from the time I paid for my order to the time they mailed my package. The screwdriver that I received looks like it is in order. I have not used it because I obviously bought another one elsewhere in the meantime.

Still nothing received

SOSAV did not deliver the items I ordered (not in stock? lost order?) and above all did not reply to my reminder emails to find out the status of my order. I managed to get my money back only after threatening to report their behavior, without even an apology or explanation. In short, this company borders on fraud. To be avoided as long as they have not reviewed their operating methods and in particular their non-existent after-sales service (by being called SOSAV, this should however be included in their process!)
