Wide range of parts, responsive customer service. Several parts already on the road for a year, no breakdowns. I imagine that they import quality substitutes. The only downside is the long restocking time for what is not in stock, but I was offered the possibility to cancel and place another order with free shipping.

I cannot be satisfied with my purchase. I bought the kit to remove a defective joy con as recommended on the site. The tri wing screwdriver is not adapted and ate all the threads of the joy con so I could only disassemble it once. I raised the problem with the service and they told me it was my fault and that I shouldn't have forced it. I recognize that they are not responsible for the quality of the Nintendo screws. But you don't say that to a customer.

The part was gone, I managed to change everything thanks to the tutorial but the screwdriver provided to disassemble the Switch was of very poor quality, I had to buy one next door.... I'm not sure what to do, but I'm sure it's a good idea!
