I ordered for the first time on SOSAV. There was an error in preparation, I received the wrong part. The management of this error was remarkable and we always tend to put bad marks on this kind of incident. I salute the work of the after sales service ;)

The replacement screen ordered is not as bright as the original screen and everything becomes more grey... it's a real shame because although I would have been willing to pay more money for a better screen! I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the screen. So just a pity that the site doesn't describe better what we buy...
