The material provided to change a battery iphone 7 is top, battery and seal. It's the video tutorial that misleads him... When we are told not to force on the left side, it would be good to specify that the phone is held upside down. I screwed up the button pad when I opened it from the wrong side....

The parts are supposedly tested before shipping... Well, the first one I received doesn't work and it was really hard to miss... so not tested before shipping... However, if these ones work, they work correctly! The after-sales service was very responsive and offered me a quick solution. Nevertheless, I think it's a shame to have to waste time because the parts are (apparently) not tested, even though it's written in big letters on their website...

the ergonomics of the site and the videos are top, BUT the quality of the components supplied is not assured: the after-sales service made no difficulty in sending me back a new connector twice and finally my phone works, but I don't know if the microphone and/or the GSM antenna will last 2-3 years

The site is well done but on the liPhone reassembly tutorial there is a step missing and I found myself with an extra screw, forced to reassemble...

I am overall very disappointed. No problem with the site which delivered on time but they are careful not to say that the quality of the screen is much lower. I would have preferred to stay with my broken screen. It's a great product. I have lost the colours, which are now very bland and the touch is very bad and clicks next to it all the time. I will never buy their "premium screen" again. It should be pointed out that it is far from the quality of the originals.

Screen much more fragile than the original one, cracked in my pocket after two days. And no return possible.

The delay is much longer than usual. This is a big handicap knowing that the screen I ordered had to be replaced with a screen that was completely out of order. I find it a shame not to be warned of this longer delay. However, this is the first problem I have encountered after several orders, the quality is always there. Good luck to all.

I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the service. Photo sensor ordered to replace the original sensor which with time contained many dust inside, materializing by the presence of multiple black dots on the screen. Alas with the ignition of the mode photograph, this one posts me 4 black points in the higher right quarter of the image. I recommended 2 of them hoping that they do not have the same problem. Still waiting for supply since July 15. SOSAV has taken care of the problem. Thanks

This assembly does not have depth and therefore I lost the facial recognition on my iPhone. Obviously this was not described in the description at all.

Clear website, good product descriptions. The tutorials are easily accessible, but the preparation service was not able to process my order correctly on two occasions. Fortunately the after-sales service is very responsive and informs you quickly on the progress of the order. Rigour and patience are necessary.

I am very pleased with the products but a little disappointed with this latest order where after 2 months of waiting I am asked to pay 4 euros more because the delivery which was expected in simple letter must be done in colissimo...

The screen was not top level brightness I think not solid enough because despite the protection it is still broken...

This is not the first time I've ordered from SOSAV, but it's the first time I've been really dissatisfied. I ordered 1 time, received the wrong part, contacted SAV, reshipped the same part as the first one, contacted SAV again, went through the technical expertise again and a 3rd time the same part... It was a sticker to stick the LCD on the chassis of my wife's cell phone, today her LCD is out of order, I have the right to 10% discount on my next order it could have been nice but now I still do not have the right sticker and I have to recommend an LCD because by moving on the chassis it cracked, the touch does not work, in short out of order! So the next time will be without me!

I had a late arrival and reordered due to several problems. Finally I had my iPad repaired in a shop for a hundred euros. I have a touchscreen in stock! Thankfully your after sales service is responsive and cooperative.
