1/ The cost of shipping to review (4.99e for an envelope in a relay point ...). The shipping was fast. 2/ Lack of clarity on the origin of the products (reconditioned? second hand?), the product received is not new.

it was sold with the replacement screen a kit, but it was missing in this kit to 10 the main tool to remove the screen and in the end none of the tools sent was used: 10 for nothing
