The delivery time was not as advertised on the website, but this was due to a one-off event. I received half of my order because the material reserves were obviously not properly managed. The customer service made me some proposals claiming to be able to send my package "in priority" in the day, instead it was shipped the next day (it was a phone battery, I had ordered for 3 weeks to anticipate the blow, and finally my used battery has finally failed, which has annoyed me for work).

Great! Fast delivery (a day late but it's forgiven: thanks for the carembar!). However the shipping costs are a bit expensive. From an order to 5 we pass desuite has almost 13 it's a shame ... But good super serious, I recommend! :)

The parts are expensive (but arrive quickly all the same) and are of poor quality. My basket stayed on the site for a week, sometimes the delivery is free, sometimes not. The delivery, let's talk about it: you have to count much more than what is indicated for a home delivery! I've never seen that! However, the parts arrive in a parcel, they are very well packed and protected with an antistatic packaging.

I am very satisfied, especially for the tuto that allowed me to repair myself my jack (xperia Z3 compact) however, this tuto also made me break one of my parts. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use a phone that has a vibrator, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use a vibrator that has a vibrator. It's not too expensive so I'll fix it when I have time, but I'm still a little disappointed. Thank you for these tutorials!

I received the screen to repair my phone, but it doesn't work. So I contacted customer service and they asked me to send them a picture of both sides of the screen. I am now looking for someone who can take these pictures for me, because the only camera I had was my cell phone, which is not working anymore...

Very responsive customer service. Order ok. Too bad there are no tutorials for repairing a . psp e 1004. Should improve the software to search for spare parts accounting (simplify). Attention when the package is to be sent to a post office in Belgium it is only for the post office staff. Indeed there is a signature which must be affixed to the deposit of the parcel. In my case, if the postal agent had signed in my place, the parcel would have been marked as delivered without me receiving it. Fortunately, he called me to inform me.
