I have ordered from you several times. The first time, I was satisfied. The second time, a little less because some parts were defective but the exchange was quick and easy. This time, less satisfied because the screen ordered has a small defect and is polarized in a direction not practical (with sunglasses) and different from the original. I seem to have definitely damaged some tablecloths while changing it but that's not your fault.

Changing the battery is rather difficult because the adhesive is very sticky and the small spatula of the tool kit is deformed and broken (very bad quality = Chinese). Fast delivery.

Hello Antoine, Thank you for your comment and we are sorry to see that this repair did not go as planned :- / We use the same tools in our repair center and given what you describe, obviously the adhesive was not sufficiently softened by the heat, the battery could have been pierced... Fortunately, everything turned out pretty well.
