I am disappointed, I placed an order on 30/07/16 on a product that was to be brought to you within 15 days, I had no news or additional information from you to indicate your difficulties in receiving your supplies. Having no means to contact you through the site (no contact by messaging) I went through Facebook so that we finally take care of my order remained in oblivion .... Product (Lumia 920 screen) well packaged, fast shipping, reasonable price, but it is not clear from the start that it is a used part. A screen clip was broken for example. This was not a problem when reassembling but it detracts from the experience.
