The order was delivered as planned but it is not the right part.the part is on the catalogue but is no longer in stock.however the part will be reimbursed and a voucher of 10% of the amount of the part will be granted to me as a commercial title.I ask as a commercial title that I be reimbursed also the shipping.

Your site is not clear about where the parts come from. First order on your site. Received broken part. (glass) - Pack 5995 - Black Touchscreen Stickers - Tab 2 10.1 - the container of this spare part received was opened before shipping and rescotched. The packaging of the spare parts is not sealed and therefore nothing guarantees that the spare part inside is functional. The second spare part was ordered and delivered intact.
