When I bought a high-end screen, it worked for 1 week, then no more touchscreen. Contact with the service department which for me is not fast, one week to have an answer. In spite of everything; the screen was taken in guarantee without explanation. In total I did not have a phone for 2 weeks.

Very good site for the choice of pieces, however they put that the pieces are "available" once your order validated it put on hold because some pieces are waiting for restocking and this for 15 days without any news from them, I had to contact them by mail to know where my order was. Quick response from them.

It is important to check that the product is in stock because the announced delay of 7 to 15 days is rather 1 to 2 months (or even longer). There is a part missing in my order. I ask for a refund but nobody answers my emails. Otherwise for the parts received, it remains consistent.

When I picked up the package, it was taped all over, so it was torn all over because I guess it didn't stand up to the transport. In addition, inside, the box was broken so the devices purchased have suffered shocks and do not know if they work. I advise them to put bubble wrap and not paper to support the shock of the deliveries.

Hello, I ordered an iPhone gasket that was marked in stock on the site at the time of the order. It was supposed to arrive in a few business days but it did not... Order placed and accepted on 5/10/21, order received on 25/10/21. I've already had a problem with this product. I had already had a pb a few years ago with this site for a new part that did not work and the after sales service had not wanted to know anything... Conclusion: beware with this site, I'm not too satisfied. Sincerely
