The Mistrust.!! Following my last 2 orders my Opinion you order a part thinking to receive an original in view of the image presented in photo on the site you pay as expensive as the original but it is a copy without the logo of the brand that you thought ordered at the reception of your order then to make you pay more expensive to receive a colissimo at home it is of the good big foutage of Geuele the Guys this said the material received functioned but I ordered an original to avoid going elsewhere because I trusted you because for me you were better and more serious than the others now as far as I am concerned you are no longer credible by behaving in this way this being said I advise you to be more honest in your postings on your site and this feeling of having been made have at the time of my purchase will not exist here Cordiality.

A very well designed site with just the right amount of information (parts, tutorials, etc.), excellent responsiveness from SOSAV (advice, information, etc.) but a downside on the speed of shipping. Apart from that I highly recommend this site!

I ordered a Battery + Tools pack for my iPhone 5. The guarantees given are a plus compared to the possible scams you can find elsewhere. I only regret that the tutorial is a little light on some points: unnecessary to disconnect the screen to replace only the battery, and reconnection procedures not explained. To remove the battery, it's better to use one of the plastic angles provided rather than the stylus. Luckily everything went pretty well for me...

The site is well done, you can quickly find the parts you need. Too bad I did not find a tutorial for the Xperia Z2.

Compliant and fast

The delivery time is too long, and there is no communication. I had to contact them again by chat so that they could give me a new delivery time which was not respected. It's not complicated to keep the customer informed, supplier problems do happen! I put two stars anyway for the carambar in the package ;)
