Package well wrapped in bubble wrap. easy change. I didn't need any specific tools. I had a box of small screwdrivers of any shape that goes easy. to open, picks, and a small iron plate of a war finger snap (hahah). To remove the plugs, flexible picks. Here we go again for 2 years. Everything is in English, whereas the law requires you to use the language of the buyer's country (law of 4/08/1994). I do not understand the instructions in English, which can be detrimental to the proper installation of the product. Are the spatula and the cloths useful or do they just increase the selling price?
