I was disappointed by the commercial side of SOSAV, following two defective parts (HTC M7 screen), I was reimbursed but the shipping costs for the order as well as the cost of returning the first screen remained at my expense, whereas 1 I pay for the shipping of a defective part and 2 I pay for the return of this part In addition to wasting my time, I lose money for a mistake that I am not responsible. I think I'll just send the second screen back and ask for a refund. It's a pity because the service was very reactive.

I am very satisfied with my order and especially with the delivery time. SOSAV has changed my life. No more expensive repairs in specialized centers. If you have to repair something, you might as well do it yourself. You should also start repairing your own computer and that would be perfect.
