I am very unhappy and this is the third review I have left before it was validated. I ordered an item noted in stock which finally was not and arrived a month later. You can't refuse my review indefinitely until you like it, the law is quite clear on the subject recently. I would also like to point out that you are not a service company as you wrote in your second reply to my second opinion, but a goods company. It seems to work on a just-in-time basis. I ordered a nexus 2nd generation screen + accessories, what was my surprise when I opened the package, I had everything but the most important screen! I called the service and was told that it was out of stock, but on the site it was available. I just regret that the site did not maj the availability of the product that would have avoided me to order because now I am obliged to wait for the restocking of the product within 15 days ... Poor delivery times and products not up to expectations

After three reminders and two weeks of waiting, I was told that a product would not be available for another two weeks. Lack of communication on the real availability of products.

Advertised stock not in compliance

The product was sent in error and was sent back immediately as a tracked letter, although I had paid chronopost for next day delivery.

Order not validated but PayPal payment made. No productivity from the site to solve the problem. No gesture to apologize for this problem. I will certainly not use this site again for my next order of spare parts.

The parts are expensive (but arrive quickly all the same) and are of poor quality. My basket stayed on the site for a week, sometimes the delivery is free, sometimes not. The delivery, let's talk about it: you have to count much more than what is indicated for a home delivery! I've never seen that! However, the parts arrive in a parcel, they are very well packed and protected with an antistatic packaging.

The order arrived quickly and the tool kit was very helpful. However I had many problems after the repair (following the sosav repair guide). Knowing that I had already repaired the screens of 3 other people's laptops before and it went very well. So I decided to buy a new laptop.

I did not receive the right product !!!!

I only received my package after 5 days! I had placed my order on a Thursday morning during the night to receive my package during the day (as mentioned on the site for any order placed before 3pm).

I followed a tutorial to remove the front camera on a Galaxy S5 (remove the screen and simply clean the front camera). Result: my screen is no longer touchable even though I followed your procedure very carefully. I've already sent a request on this problem to get help.
