Disappointed for my 1st order but you always have to give people a chance to make it up. So I hope it was just bad luck and that everything will be fine next time.

The finish of the spare parts leaves something to be desired

The product does not match the tutorial. On the screen I bought, the proximity sensor, the camera, etc... are missing from the tutorial. This complicates the task and forces to go see a youtube video where the additional manipulation is explained ...

I received my order 1 month late and it was not complete (I have since received it in full). Fortunately, the after-sales service listened to me. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product, but I'm not sure I'll be able to buy it again.

I received the parts quickly and well packaged. I have followed the tutorial to change the charging port of my iphone 5 and the battery after reassembling nothing works.... though the failure was precisely targeted and the assembly was done with care. I wasted my time and money ...

A very bad experience, 2 and a half months to fix my phone the screen sent was not compatible, a service quite unresponsive and disorganized which explains so much time. The problem was solved anyway so I put 2 stars only for this reason. It is still very disappointing for a French company.

Hello. The material arrived well but the disassembly of the screen was catastrophic. The explanation to disassemble the screen is not at all precise enough and despite all my goodwill and delicacy, the screen of the note 4 is extremely perilous! So I destroyed my phone and despite my emails to return the new parts not unwrapped, it is total radio silence. The error is of course my fault but thank you for answering me if possible. Sincerely . My first experience was not really conclusive. The reason was the page on your site. When I chose the screen for my IPhone 6 I based myself on the content of your page and the tutorial it contained but the tutorial did not correspond to the product listed on this page, hence the confusion. I ordered a complete screen for my LG G3 on this site. This one did not work... I had to send it back, I asked for a refund and it was refused. Instead I was offered an exchange of the defective part. I put 2 stars for the exchange of the part which was done without problem. Site to avoid for my part.

Concerning a part of the order everything is fine but a simple screwdriver given for MacBook Air is completely wrong especially at more than 7 while in supermarkets it is less than 2

Your documentation does not mention the connector behind the screen and how to unlock the panel. Your documentation only mentions the double connector on the side. I did not pay attention to this connector and I damaged it by taking out the screen, and by not unlocking correctly this connector. So I made this screen unusable by damaging the connector

I took an order that was supposed to be delivered in one business day (ordered on Friday and on the site it was marked arrived on Saturday) however I received my order 3 days later. So a scam on shipping costs.

Fast delivery, but the product ordered does not work

I ordered a battery, after the assembly I realized that it did not hold the load (barely 1 hour). SOSAV did not want to reimburse me for my purchase, despite a promise of a satisfied or refunded purchase.

They do their job very well (ordering, fast and careful shipping) but the products are not quality (at least regarding the wiko stairway touchscreens). I bought one. The tacile was constantly screwing up and crashed the device on every call. Then, it broke again after two days without shock. I thought it was a fluke. I recommended two (my husband's was also broken). They were not the same (drawings on the bottom thinner than the original), so I thought it was going to go well ... finally, the same problem of tacile and crashing during the calls and to sum up, they broke the day after their installation, despite the break of protection and a special precaution ... SOS SAV did not offer me a refund the first time. I contact them again... we'll see. But I will not buy anything from them again. And no more wiko either! impossible to get original spare parts.

Service niquel, no problem, good packaging, fast .... but big black point THE QUALITY OF YOUR PARTS !!! Finally on the 2 parts bought none work! Cool
