They do their job very well (ordering, fast and careful shipping) but the products are not quality (at least regarding the wiko stairway touchscreens). I bought one. The tacile was constantly screwing up and crashed the device on every call. Then, it broke again after two days without shock. I thought it was a fluke. I recommended two (my husband's was also broken). They were not the same (drawings on the bottom thinner than the original), so I thought it was going to go well ... finally, the same problem of tacile and crashing during the calls and to sum up, they broke the day after their installation, despite the break of protection and a special precaution ... SOS SAV did not offer me a refund the first time. I contact them again... we'll see. But I will not buy anything from them again. And no more wiko either! impossible to get original spare parts.

Service niquel, no problem, good packaging, fast .... but big black point THE QUALITY OF YOUR PARTS !!! Finally on the 2 parts bought none work! Cool

The tutorials lack video, everything looks easy in photos and well explained, but there is not necessarily a notion of time or really difficulty with photos.

The battery didn't look new when it came out of the box, which is confirmed by its charge life (much less than a day). It helps out, it's 20 but far from being like the original new phone.

Well, it was expensive, it took a long time to deliver, and as the glass I took off was glued I thought I had to glue the whole sticker. There was no explanation on your site. I had to remove everything and of course I broke the glass. I ordered another one from amazon today (09/05/15) and it should arrive next Monday, in 2 days, and all for less than from you.

I ordered a battery for iPhone 4s. After replacing it, the charge time is only 4 hours... Not much for a so-called new battery!

Commercial policy to be reviewed

I was disappointed by the commercial side of SOSAV, following two defective parts (HTC M7 screen), I was reimbursed but the shipping costs for the order as well as the cost of returning the first screen remained at my expense, whereas 1 I pay for the shipping of a defective part and 2 I pay for the return of this part In addition to wasting my time, I lose money for a mistake that I am not responsible. I think I'll just send the second screen back and ask for a refund. It's a pity because the service was very reactive.

The tablecloth ordered did not include the fasteners or for the silent button it is very hard or impossible to detach without breaking the fasteners.

Fast shipping, nice site unfortunately for a little higher price than elsewhere, flat screwdriver broken, small nylon tool that breaks in 1 minute. Otherwise, the rest is ok. Fortunately I had ordered everything in duplicate for a friend.
