Package well wrapped in bubble wrap. easy change. I didn't need any specific tools. I had a box of small screwdrivers of any shape that goes easy. to open, picks, and a small iron plate of a war finger snap (hahah). To remove the plugs, flexible picks. Here we go again for 2 years.
