When I bought a high-end screen, it worked for 1 week, then no more touchscreen. Contact with the service department which for me is not fast, one week to have an answer. In spite of everything; the screen was taken in guarantee without explanation. In total I did not have a phone for 2 weeks.

I may seem over-optimistic with my 5 stars but not knowing anything about electronics, being able to replace my L and R triggers of New 3DS XL without a hitch was quite an achievement!
