Scratched screen under the plastic protection. Invisible before installation, scratches discovered after reassembling the phone, when removing the protective film. What a shame.

The explanations are clear, and shipping is fast. Only downsides: the tools include a pick for unsealing, whereas a spatulette would have been more comfortable. I also regret that the gasket was not included in a suggested purchase or in a kit. Otherwise niquel!

After installing the new battery, the battery percentage display remained at 1% despite several unsuccessful recharging attempts. The phone shut down unexpectedly every 2 min. This lasted about half a day. After resetting the iPhone several times, the battery charge increased from 1 to 25%. It's been working ever since. Hopefully I won't have any unpleasant surprises in the future.

Remove the error code to recognize the battery, which is logical since the BMS of the old battery is recovered. The battery capacity is totally wrong! I've tried every trick in the book, and none of them work... As for charging, it looks OK, but we'll have to see over time.
