I did not receive what I asked for due to an error (now corrected). I have not received what I asked for due to an error (now corrected) and on one of my purchases I did not know what was in it, so I bought another part that was needed for the first purchase. And when I want to return it is accepted but the shipping costs are at my expense, these having a cost greater than or equal to the product. I have already ordered several times.

I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. However, I don't put the maximum note because of the unclear delay when the product is not available: announced 7-14 days subject to availability from the supplier but I waited more than 2 months for a product to become available (order, wait 5 weeks, cancel, then put an alert on the availability rather than recommending again: still no news ....). I ended up giving up and then recommending a product that was available this time although a bit more expensive, received in 3 days!

For me the video is not precise enough as "to show the small parts in bigger and the connectivity on different plan compared to their location" to join you nothing your interlocutor rather than the mail.

The products are really official products. For me, two drawbacks: - The explanation videos are too succinct and misleading on the ease and feasibility of the operation to open the screens. The video of the J5 is made with a screen already unstuck... it is necessary to insist on the fact that the screen in place is really well stuck on the whole surface, what the video does not say. - The delivery: the screen was placed between the tool kit and the paper that serves as padding. As a result, the screen had a huge pressure on the edges that lay in the void: not smart.
