Fast and accurate service, the 2 complaints I have are: the quality of the screwdrivers in the repair kit (Triwing and Phillips), and the fact that the TRIWING Y1.5 screwdriver is not suitable for the switch (the screws are quite hard to unscrew, they were almost damaged using this screwdriver). Fortunately, I had a TRIWING Y2.0 screwdriver, but it was almost a pain.

For my part, my order went well. An item was missing during delivery, nothing too serious, a small message to the SAV who have shown great responsiveness in reshipping my missing item. I would have thought that I could benefit from a small commercial gesture but well, buffer. I highly recommend this seller.

Quality product, tools provided and that's good (even if the tri-wing doesn't resist to the first screw. I had to drill all the tri-wings and replace it at the reassembly by crucis).

I have never been disappointed with sosav. I ordered an OEM glass for an iPhone 8 Plus. Didn't have time to mount it so I don't know if it's functional. Nevertheless I will have just one aesthetic remark. The glass I received was full of fingerprints. I know they are not new glass since you are reassembling oem screens with glass but a wipe down would have been nice. I hope this helps you improve your services.

Received on time! the product works very well, however the screwdriver kit is very weak, the tip of the red is broken in the head of the screw so problem at the beginning of disassembly. I was able to unscrew with another screwdriver that a friend lent me. the screen works well.
