The items ordered are as described. Chronopost notified me of the possible withdrawal at the point of withdrawal on 18/08/2016. On 20 the point relay told me not to have the package and to return on 22/08. I was able to get the package on the 22/08. I am disappointed with the waiting time and would like an explanation. The site is relatively well designed. Maybe review the shipping of packages. An iPhone rear camera may not require a whole package especially when it is filled with paper and a carambar! A simple tracking letter to ship it and does not cost 6!
