When I bought a high-end screen, it worked for 1 week, then no more touchscreen. Contact with the service department which for me is not fast, one week to have an answer. In spite of everything; the screen was taken in guarantee without explanation. In total I did not have a phone for 2 weeks.

The shortage of semiconductors is responsible for a very big delay and I had to go fishing for information. The delay announced on the website was 7 to 15 days... and it took 6 weeks! If the order had been urgent, I would have put a few less stars. For the rest, it is very good, we must recognize it.

Very good site for the choice of pieces, however they put that the pieces are "available" once your order validated it put on hold because some pieces are waiting for restocking and this for 15 days without any news from them, I had to contact them by mail to know where my order was. Quick response from them.
