The product was delivered well protected in bubble wrap. The explanations on how to replace the screen were clear. The repair of the phone was done without problem. I put 5 stars despite the fact that the delivery time of GLS planned in 24/48h after shipping was not respected because it is not the responsibility of Sosav.
