The screen for iPhone 5 ordered was defective. Nothing serious because the support department was very responsive. On the other hand, I am not very satisfied with the exchange possibilities. Why not simply offer a deposit without payment?

I ordered a screen in express on Monday, the same day it was shipped. Unfortunately the 2nd day it was stopped at chronopost because some documents were missing for the shipment. It's been 7 days since I ordered my screen and it's still stuck in France... I'm really disappointed and I would like to be reimbursed for the express shipping costs since they didn't keep their promise. If like me you order from Switzerland, don't be in a hurry...

Delivery too long

3 stars because I finally received my order, but more than a month to ship it! I'm very happy with the service, but they couldn't give me any information about the delivery time... so I had to wait without any information. A little commercial gesture would have been the least I could do.....

My experience is mixed...

all is not available too bad

1 month after ordering and my payment no product received (I ordered 2) nor any information. Following my request I was offered to send 1 of 2 products as the other was not available and I had to receive a voucher to re-purchase the missing product and to cover shipping costs. In the end I received both products in the same package except that one (not the one that was identified as not available) was OCCASION (it had 3 screws " stuck" to the speaker and traces of use - dirt) and not new. Following my second intervention (fortunately I took the pictures before unpacking the product) I received (I hope) the new product. Since then I have found another site that is less expensive and I hope more professional so I will go to the competition for my next purchase.

the kit is well designed, but I looked at the tutorial of another site to carry out the handling because that of sosav is not always comprehensible. And some delicate points were not indicated, like the fact that it is necessary to take off the old glass on the middle and not only on the sides; that it is necessary to clean the residues of adhesive with solvent.

I can't put more than 3 stars because I ordered my battery at the beginning of September and it was clearly stated that my order was out of stock for about 10 days! But I only received it on 18/10/2017 it really took too long. I am sure that SOSAV is not completely responsible but still they are the ones who choose their suppliers! I'm very pleased with the quality of the battery and its packaging.

The delivery man didn't come to my house and just left a message "recipient absent" while I waited for him. I'm not sure what to expect from SOSAV itself, but change your delivery service provider!

The site is correct, but it is a shame that some products are out of stock with several weeks before restocking.

The set could have been perfect but one of the screwdrivers arrived damaged (too bad it's the one I was supposed to use the most) and the suction cup that was supposed to be new was already more than worn out. The principle of the tutorials with the spare parts is well detailed and very useful.

Fast shipping, functional product. I thought I was buying a COMPLETE PS3 player, as described in the article and as the picture suggests, but some components were not present in the product sold. I was able to retrieve these components from the old player, which allowed me to fix my problem, but I wish I had known what I was buying BEFORE I received it.
