Order delivered quickly (although 1 day late due to external reasons). The item delivered is defective, works very well at first but quickly degraded. The customer service is very responsive and quickly offers me a replacement. However, they ask me for a photo of the front and back of the item which cannot be disassembled (which would imply a breakage) without which the refund procedure cannot be finalized...

The repair guide omits to indicate, in preamble, the location of the layers of the touchscreen and therefore the risk of damaging them during the maneuver of separation glass / case. Unfortunately, I cut the Home control panel, but I don't know how to center the power supply panel for soldering it to the motherboard. Is there a template?
