Product very expensive per unit; therefore, I expect it to be INDESTRUCTIBLE! The ordering site is not easy to use: I wanted a batch of 100 pieces, which is commonplace, but I had to fight to get to the number 100 because this site doesn't know how to offer it in batches directly at a discounted price; likewise for the dimensions: I couldn't work out which one I had ordered: 53 MM, which is also commonplace and seems extraordinary on this site..;

Stop asking for an opinion as soon as you buy online. It's getting really annoying. We have a need, we look for it, find it and buy it. There's no need to comment when the product delivered corresponds to the product ordered. Only anomalies should be reported. So don't worry, we'll write to you if there's a problem.

Schnelle Lieferung, leider dann doch falsches Teil. Um Rückabwicklung per Mail und Rücküberweisung angefragt - keine Reaktion mehr. Schade. Teil passt nicht und Geld ist auch weg. Das ist schlechter Servis am Kunden und somit negativ. Fast delivery, unfortunately the wrong part. Asked to cancel transaction by e-mail and delivered - no response. A pity. Part doesn't fit and money is gone too. This is bad customer service and therefore negative.
