Hello, the delivery person forcibly stuffed the package into my mailbox. CONSEQUENCE: I had to break open the package inside the box to retrieve the contents piece by piece. Luckily, my order consisted of several non-bulky items.

Nothing to say about the delivered products and the prices. However, after 15 days of waiting, I wrote an email and miracle my order was sent... not a little note or email to explain or apologize for the delay. Communication needs improvement therefore.
