My order was dispatched quickly, the only downside being that the site was not very user-friendly: you had to search a bit to find what you wanted. Concerning the slats: Spot Literie was the only one to specifically offer the slats I needed, with a "customization" system. To sum up: I'm satisfied.

Delivery could not be made to the reception point I had requested. Another point was chosen without any input from me. This new address was not at all convenient for me, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. So I'm not very satisfied. The product itself is very good, it arrived well packaged.
