There were no instructions on pairing the remote control with the motor unit I received. I got confused, and it currently works, but the remote operates both motors at the same time despite numerous attempts to connect and disconnect them. I’m still looking for a solution. How can I deactivate one motor using the remote so I can pair it again with a new code for one bed and not the other? PLEASE HELP ME.

Very prompt handling of my order. I had made a mistake in the number of slats to order, and it was corrected immediately (email handled on a... Saturday). The only downside is that I had requested (as offered) a cut to my measurements, but received the standard dimensions. Otherwise, I recommend them...

Hello, the delivery person forcibly stuffed the package into my mailbox. CONSEQUENCE: I had to break open the package inside the box to retrieve the contents piece by piece. Luckily, my order consisted of several non-bulky items.

Nothing to say about the delivered products and the prices. However, after 15 days of waiting, I wrote an email and miracle my order was sent... not a little note or email to explain or apologize for the delay. Communication needs improvement therefore.

Response from Spot Literie
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted that you are satisfied with the quality of our products and our prices.
We once again apologize for the shipping delay as well as for our lack of communication during this period. Following the sending of a promotional code before a price increase, we received an exceptional volume of orders, which extended our processing times. However, we should have informed our customers more quickly, and we completely understand your remark.
Regarding your email, we unfortunately found that it had been classified in our spam folder, which explains the lack of response from us. This is not the level of service we wish to provide.
As we had the opportunity to discuss with you over the phone, at Spot Literie, we place great importance on customer satisfaction and quality communication. Your feedback helps us improve, and we thank you for your understanding.
We hope to have the pleasure of assisting you again under better conditions.

Die Lieferung war nicht portofrei und die Ware lag im Briefkasten (gemäss Bestellung hätte die Ware gegen Unterschrift abgegeben werden sollen). Das Produkt und die Lieferueit waren aber gut.

I would have liked to find the same thing but in metal or stainless steel because the plastic is very fragile and if you sit on it, it breaks. This is the second batch I buy and I am still looking for the same system much more solid. My original ones lasted over 15 years, I notice that the plastic was more resistant.
