Hello, Our second order was just like the first. Compliant and fast. Baravo to Blinds & Pergolas.

Fast delivery. Canvas conforms to the color seen on the site. However, we received a letter advising us that we would receive a bottle of champagne for each sponsorship. This was done, but we still haven't received the promised bottle.

Ordered by internet and checked by phone with a good contact person. Received on time, everything is in order. The only small criticism was that the rod was a few centimetres too short, so I added a small piece of the old one. In short, my awning has been given a new lease of life with a better-quality fabric, the exact color of which I was able to choose.

Hello, We were satisfied with the merchandise and so was our customer. We only order this type of item on demand, so we can't confirm that we'll have any more.

Some problems with delivery, the order having been misplaced or not taken into account. Two phone reminders were necessary to finally be taken into account So delivered at the end of the summer, (order made on 30/05/2015) which bothered us a little, the sun this summer having been very present and the blind being intended for our 93 year old Mom. However, no discount was granted for this delay beyond our control (but a bottle of champagne nonetheless). Apart from that, the product corresponds to demand. It remains to be seen how well it will hold up over time. Sincerely

Very good site. We changed our 2 large canvases for less. Everything is clear: we know the price, the Dickson quality fabrics are impeccable, there is a wide range of colors, and delivery is on time, as expected. Very helpful technical explanations on how to change the fabrics. No unpleasant surprises. Perfect. Would recommend.

Canvas conforms to my order, perfect size and quality, no problem with assembly. The only problem I noticed is that the canvas joints are glued and not sewn, which is why I'm worried about the strength over time and the guarantee if a problem with the canvas coming unstuck occurs later on. I look forward to your reply to my concern.
