Very detailed, attractive and didactic site. With a little care, it's easy to order without the risk of making a mistake or forgetting something important, even for a customer who's initially not very well versed in this technique. At first, I was a little apprehensive that I wouldn't be able to do it on my own, but the order is perfectly guided, and after delivery and installation, you realize that it wasn't as difficult as all that to do it yourself.

Unreliable, seller to be avoided! I ordered two awning fabrics from this site. I have nothing to complain about either the delivery times or the quality of the manufacture of the fabrics themselves. However, most of the colors of the dickson fabrics offered on the site do not match the colors offered by dickson (much darker shades on the site). After contacting Dickson, they assured me (by e-mail) that the colors used on the site did not come from their catalog. The blinds and pergolas complaints department wanted nothing to do with the matter, and was not interested in recognizing or correcting the problem, since the colors offered to date on their site are still not the right ones. I therefore strongly advise against buying fabrics from this site, both because of the unreliability of the service and because of the detestable way in which their "customer service" behaved during my complaint.

No problem for the canvas but ordered 2 plugs of 40 in reality they are 43mmm and therefore not possible to put them in the tube of 40;pointed out during my second order and after discussion the two smaller plugs were to be sent with the second canvas;except that I received this canvas but I am still waiting for the two plugs, without illusion too bad (value less than 5 euros)
