Store et pergolas does not want to assume the replacement warranty on the purchase of my awning fabric that came unraveled after 6 months, claiming that the fabric undulates when there is wind and that the seams do not hold, it is not normal that a canvas goes to the trash after 6 months. the old canvas that I had in the same place, held 10 years, it was not manufactured by store et pergolas. for advice thank you Michel trifaro

The awning and accessories arrived on schedule. Everything is installed and does the job perfectly. A quote from an installer with a 20% discount cost me 328.65 with installation. At Store et Pergolas, without installation, the same blind cost me 165.45. For me, there's no photo! A company to be highly recommended. Company to be avoided and badly honest because it diffuses a product really very low range, the fabric of awning which I bought from them became unstitched after 6 months, and for the guarantee they said to me to repurchase another fabric to them, because the thread of seam wears because the fabric undulates with the wind. Pergola awning fabric that's 6 months old is ready to be thrown away.
