it's difficult to give my opinion because I only have it for one day, I didn't continue because all night I had reflux, having digestive problems, I think B6 like taurine is not made for me. It acts like a digestive stimulant for me.

As mentioned in an email to this company: no document attached to the package, I know this magnesium....but you never know who this company really is except as I look on the internet and if I want some information I am told it is forwarded to the concerned department, even the address does not appear. They would be in Brittany.....
