I have three TVs and all work at the same time. I have very little lag or buffering time. If I have a problem or a question, the response time is usually within a few minutes. Channel selection is great and the price is lower than most other services. VPN is also included at no additional cost. Keep up the good work and service. Thanks, Gary G.
