The tiles are very easy to install, they haven't moved, the mares have kept their feet dry, no mud fever this year. The only downside is the contact with Tekidé, I don't know if I called on the wrong days for this lady but she was not friendly at all, and the same for the delivery person

First order, 4 pallets in total. Despite a late delivery on the announced schedule, it still arrived very quickly. The delivery went very well, the driver was pleasant and meticulous despite one pallet received without the ties to hold the tiles properly during transport. Customer service is very responsive to various requests! Only regret: Not being able to have it delivered directly to my home despite the accessibility by truck. A lot of hours and calories wasted moving them with only my vehicle, but I can finally spend a winter with my feet and hooves dry!

Delivery problem, the pallets are way too heavy and of poor quality they did not withstand being moved with the pallet truck, so we had to move each slab by hand. The truck could not get closer to the storage area, the pallets were delivered on the side of the road. Moreover, one slab arrived damaged.

Hello, Tiles purchased at the Angers fair with free delivery. Reminder to your services as no goods received 1 month later. Upon delivery, one tile was broken at the level of a 'fin'. We did not refuse the goods because 'the sales representative' assured us during the fair that if 'a tile was broken, I quote: 'TEKIDE' would replace it.' It turns out that this is false! I should have refused the pallet! I suggested that when a sales representative passed by, they could drop it off for us. Response: 'it's not good for the planet'. THINK OF THE JOBS OF THE DELIVERY PEOPLE. In short, poor customer service. And thank you for the €60 voucher (which was given to me for 6 months then 1 year). All this to make us take back goods. The product itself is very good, the booklet with recommendations is also good. However, for a delivery service that is more than average at this price, it's really a shame: - they showed up at my place the first time without ever contacting me, so obviously I was at work, what a waste of time and ecological disaster to have to send the carrier back. - I don't know if it's the carrier's material that was not suitable, but both pallets were broken, which caused a stack of tiles to fall over and scatter on the ground during unloading. Really disappointing especially at this price, luckily the carrier remained calm.

I ordered stabilization slabs model 'Cob'. I was surprised by the weight of the slab and especially its rigidity. I thought they would be more flexible, more 'rubbery'. And therefore less slippery. They are however very easy to install with each other. 1 pallet allowed me to stabilize my shelter, the water trough and the hay rack. It's perfect!

The product ordered seems very good, however the delivery service needs to be reviewed: nothing to blame the delivery person who did his best, however his company only equipped him with a small electric pallet truck unable to move 2 centimeters in the gravel alley... We ended up with the 700 kg pallet of slabs placed in front of the gate... Handling in 35° when the delivery is charged €100 does not go down well. Especially since all the other equestrian product companies I have dealt with so far offered delivery from a certain amount and worked with delivery providers equipped with pallet trucks suitable for the weight of the products and for unloading in a stable.
