Order received on time. However, the tiles can slip if it's wet.

Thank you for these 4 stars and your constructive comment. If needed, to provide more grip to the tiles, we recommend laying them with the honeycomb side up and filling them with sand. Our technical team is at your disposal if you wish. See you very soon, The TÉKIDÉ team

Layout of 110m2 around our boxes, quick implementation in the middle of December and result in line with our expectations. Our 8 equines have dry feet and so do we when we go to take care of them.

Delivery problem, the pallets are way too heavy and of poor quality they did not withstand being moved with the pallet truck, so we had to move each slab by hand. The truck could not get closer to the storage area, the pallets were delivered on the side of the road. Moreover, one slab arrived damaged.

Response from TÉKIDÉ
Dear Madam, First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience encountered during the delivery of your order and take note of your comment regarding the strength of the pallets. Our delivery service indeed includes a tail lift for unloading at the foot of the truck. However, it does not allow approaching the pallets in an area that is not accessible for a 19T truck. Regarding the damaged slab, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team: [email protected]. Our advisors will handle your request with care and will offer you a solution quickly. Thank you for these 4 stars despite everything. We hope your slabs bring you satisfaction. See you very soon, The TÉKIDÉ team

I recommend, easy to set up, the horses are comfortable on it, just the cleaning where you need to find the right tool to scrape well, but honestly I don't regret it.
