Happy with the quality of the tiles and the price: the independent delivery person, however, did not want to drive on a stabilized path (having already received heavy trucks) so I had to handle the many tiles over 300m... Another point: a colleague wanted to refer me, but the referral never worked and no explanation from Tékidés... too bad, it would have been helpful for both of us! One tile cracked in two a few days ago while they have been laid since the beginning of winter: I will therefore open a ticket.

Thank you very much for your trust and for this sincere feedback! We are happy to read that your Tékidés tiles are making your life easier with your horses this winter. This is the best reward for our team. We have also taken note of your comments to continue improving: - Delivery: we sincerely regret this situation. We share your feedback with our carriers to better anticipate this type of situation on stabilized accesses. - Referral: after verification, the automatic system unfortunately cannot validate the referral because your account was created before the official invitation was sent. Unfortunately, we cannot manually intervene in this automated process. - Customer service: the customer service was able to diagnose your installation. Your satisfaction being our priority, we are very happy that the proposed solutions suit you. A big thank you for your recommendation and understanding. We wish you an excellent season with your horses! See you very soon, The Tékidés team
