The product itself is very good, the booklet with recommendations is also good. However, for a delivery service that is more than average at this price, it's really a shame: - they showed up at my place the first time without ever contacting me, so obviously I was at work, what a waste of time and ecological disaster to have to send the carrier back. - I don't know if it's the carrier's material that was not suitable, but both pallets were broken, which caused a stack of tiles to fall over and scatter on the ground during unloading. Really disappointing especially at this price, luckily the carrier remained calm.

Great advice over the phone, easy order on the site, order tracking and scheduling delivery right away. Downside on the delivery: not on the scheduled day without being informed and the pallet truck was broken during delivery.
